The apartment is in a newly built area in Spånga, right next to the commuter train station. It's a very nice new development bordering a quiet neighborhood of detached houses. This was one of the first buildings finished in 2024.
The apartment is 78 sqm and comes with everything you need: a modern IKEA kitchen with a built-in dishwasher, induction stove, electric oven, and 2 combi refrigerators. The bathroom includes a washing machine and dryer, since the building has no laundry room. The storage room is also inside the apartment. You can check the floor plan for the room sizes. The apartment also has a small walk-in wardrobe and 3 IKEA PAX units. The balcony is 5 sqm and usually in shadow in the morning, but sunny in the afternoon or later in the evening. The apartment is at the end of the outdoor corridor; only the smaller bedroom faces it, and I covered it with privacy window film. The apartment is warm in winter, with heating to 23-24 °C. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, young couples with pets and families with small children. We also have a grilling place and a small playground in the garden.
The rent is 16778 kr (it was increased this year) and includes cold water and heating. The landlord invoices electricity and hot water. (We have solar panels on the top of the building.)
We have a huge parking lot; when we moved in, the monthly fee was 400kr.
We have outdoor bike storage with a roof in the garden, and a stroller room in the building.
