Collective house mainly for university students or equal, short or long term. Not suited for the party animal.
This is a place for dedicated students.
We would like to have another girl moving in at this point.
You can stay here as long as you need to, but we have a trial period for 6 month, before we extend to a long term contract, to secure that we wont end up with someone not suited for living with other people. Its important to us that everyone feels at home.
Living here now is me and a guy from Pakistan, a girl from Zimbabwe and a guy from the Netherlands. All nice and social students.
There is a herding dog and two cats living on the upper floor, so you shouldn't be super allergic or afraid of big dogs.
This room is 12 square meters. Four closets, one chest of drawers, one desk and one 160cm wide bed. It has two windows towards the garden, afternoon/ evening sun.
The kitchen has all necessary kitchen were. You have proper personal space in the fridge and in the freezer. 1 personal cabinet and 2 personal drawers.
The laundry room with access 10 hours a day, has a dryer, a washing machine and racks to hang clothes for drying.
The 1st bathroom has a wc, washing basin, a mirror cabinet and a bigger cabinet with a personal shelf per room. Good ventilation.
The 2nd bathroom has a shower with 1 shelve per room, a towel dryer and good ventilation.
There is also a bath room to use on the upper floor.
The living-room has a big corner sofa and a tv. Common streaming sites are included.
The kitchen is connected to the living-room where the front door leads from here directly into the garden.
The rent also includes cleaning and maintenance of all these common areas.
The house is located in Vega, a South Sthlm area. 25 min by commuter train to central Sthlm. Train leaves every 15 min and its a comfortable and smooth ride.
8 min walk to the station, or 2 min by bus. There is also bikes to borrow.
The environment is peaceful. Restaurants, cafe, grocery store and a few gyms and one free outdoor gym is around the corner. An 'activity house' recently opened by the station. It has a library, quiet rooms, music and podcast studios, indoor sports arena, cafe .,and more. Accessible for everyone.
A forrest with running tracks, a fresh water lake with sandy beaches and a sports field is near by. A big shopping mall is close. A hospital and an even bigger mall is within walking distance. The country side and the archipelago, with beaches and cliffs, is a bus ride away.
Me, and one (occasionally two) students live on the upper floor with a separate entrance, kitchen, living room, bathroom. Both floors are connected by the washing room and everyone is able to move freely between the floors.
Here you just pay the rent. Thats it. Then you cook, study, relax without having to think about anything else.
